Buying a product or service from over the web using Goodomy is easy.
- Click 'View' to go to the listing detail screen, then click the "Buy Online" button
- Read the instructions on the screen. Once you've placed your order on the seller's website and have received an order confirmation from them, you can put your order number in the box on this screen. You can always click 'Add Later' if you don't have it yet and it will be visible from the 'Transactions (web)' section of your 'My Account' screen.
- Goodomy is automatically transferred, depending on what type of listing it was.
If the item is a Bonus listing you will get Goodomy back automatically after the seller has confirmed your order.
If the item is a Sale listing, Goodomy will automatically be transferred to the seller before you complete your purchase on the seller's website.
To view your transaction history, click on your account box in the upper right section then "Transactions (web)"
You can also click 'View' for each transaction and send the Seller a message regarding your order. The best way to contact the seller, however, will be from the communication methods outlined on their website or order confirmation email you receive from them.
Please note that Goodomy does not sell or offer any products or services. It is a platform for buyers and sellers to perform transactions using Goodomy. Your order will be fulfilled by the seller. Goodomy does not process your orders.
